Lana Fayad is specialized in Oil and Gas, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
She advises and represents local and international oil and gas companies through all types of transactions, with a particular focus on production-sharing agreements. She has published many articles on Oil and Gas Law in local and international newspapers and professional journals, and has conducted several trainings for Lebanese lawyers on Petroleum Law and Contracting.
She handled a wide range of national and cross-border transactions in Qatar and Lebanon.
