Abir Zaarour specializes in Corporate and Business Law. She is currently a member of our Riyadh office from where she advises local and international clients on business dealings in the KSA, with a particular emphasis on: company incorporation, foreign investments, joint ventures and IP rights.

Abir previously acted as a legal counsel for one of the largest conglomerates in Qatar, offering legal services in a diverge range of business activities including: FMCG, consumer electronics, food & beverage, hospitality, entertainment, luxury, jewelry & fashion, information and communication technology, department store management, retail & distribution, contracting and property management.

Abir also has significant experience in litigation and dispute management in both courts and arbitration, with particular emphasis in commercial agency and distribution, franchising and construction.
Her work experience covers Lebanon, Qatar and the KSA.
